A UK industry body needed a single national register to help vulnerable people exclude themselves from venues — replacing paper processes across hundreds of independent operators. We built the platform end to end: a central register handling highly sensitive personal data, a venue-facing portal, and administration tooling for the scheme's operators — then rebuilt it, better, for its second generation.

We built a portal where candidates and employees complete psychometric assessments online and HR teams see the results as clear, interactive profile charts — with exportable reports for hiring and development decisions, and enterprise single sign-on so it slots into corporate IT without friction.
A studio chain needed unattended check-in and payment: a kiosk application that runs the till, verifies members biometrically, drives session equipment over serial connections, and keeps trading when the internet doesn't. Built as an Electron desktop app with an Angular core, engineered for the untidy realities of physical retail.
A tanning studio lives and dies by bed time: which beds are free, which are mid-session, which are cooling down. We built the front-desk software and the background services behind it — talking directly to the bed hardware over serial connections — so sessions, timers and availability run themselves instead of running the staff.
Paper consent forms don't belong in pre-op. We built a digital consent platform for anaesthetic practice: patients receive a secure link by SMS and complete their consent in their own time, and clinicians get signed, timestamped records instead of a clipboard. Built security-first — encrypted in transit, authenticated throughout, on hardened infrastructure.
A lottery operation that lives in the physical world: Android applications running on handheld payment terminals, in-store scratchcard experiences rolled out with a major retail group, and Angular dashboards keeping draws, sales and reconciliation visible to the operators behind it all.
A member portal with scheduling at its heart: calendar-based bookings, member accounts and administration tooling, backed by a modern NestJS API with a properly modelled data layer. The front end has been through multiple generations; the data core has carried through all of them — which is the point of building it properly.
Planned preventative maintenance lives or dies by the register: which assets exist, where they are, and what needs servicing when. We built a platform that tracks assets through their whole lifecycle and schedules the maintenance around them — with a strict audit model in which records are retired, never deleted, so the compliance history can always be reconstructed.
Not every system offers a way in. We've used browser automation to liberate years of records from a locked-in SaaS product, built bulk media-processing pipelines, and shipped small command-line tools that quietly save hours every week — the unglamorous automation that pays for itself fastest.
A rural community initiative needed one trusted place for its residents and members: security and anti-poaching updates, conservation news, an interactive area map, events and newsletters — with the sensitive material behind a members-only login.
